Hydrozoa

Hydrozoa (hydrozoans) are a taxonomic class of very small, predatory animals, some solitary and some colonial, most living in saltwater. A few genera within this class live in freshwater. Hydrozoans are related to jellyfish and corals and belong to the phylum Cnidaria.
