Hung Hom Station, formerly known as Kowloon Station (九龍車站) is a station on the East Rail Line and West Rail Line in Hong Kong. It is located in Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, next to the Cross Harbour Tunnel. Hung Hom Station is one of the three Hong Kong ports-of-entry on the MTR network, along with Lo Wu Station and Lok Ma Chau Station.
Although the station is named as Hung Hom, it is quite far from the central part of Hung Hom area, which is at least 15 minutes away on foot.
It should be noticed that its fare is quite different from nearby stations. At least $1 more is charged for passengers coming from Hong Kong Island, and around $3 for passengers coming from Tung Chung or Disneyland Resort.

Famous quotes containing the words hung and/or station:
“In families children tend to take on stock roles, as if there were hats hung up in some secret place, visible only to the children. Each succeeding child selects a hat and takes on that role: the good child, the black sheep, the clown, and so forth.”
—Ellen Galinsky (20th century)
“...I believe it is now the duty of the slaves of the South to rebuke their masters for their robbery, oppression and crime.... No station or character can destroy individual responsibility, in the matter of reproving sin.”
—Angelina Grimké (18051879)
