Remake
House of Cards will be remade into an original series in the United States. The show is set to star Kevin Spacey as well as be produced and directed by David Fincher and Spacey's Trigger Street Productions. It will be one of Netflix's first forays into original programming and is queued to air beginning 1 February 2013. The series is set to be filmed in Baltimore, Maryland.
