Governorates Of Oman
Since 28 October 2011, Oman is divided into eleven governorates (muhafazah):
- Ad Dakhiliyah
- Ad Dhahirah
- Al Batinah North
- Al Batinah South
- Al Buraimi
- Al Wusta
- Ash Sharqiyah North
- Ash Sharqiyah South
- Dhofar
- Masqat
- Musandam
Below the governorates, Oman is divided into provinces (wilayat).
