Gorani People
The Gorani or Goranci (Cyrillic: Горани or Горанци, meaning Highlanders, ) are a South Slavic inhabiting the Gora region - the triangle between Albania, Kosovo and Rep. Macedonia. The Gora region comprises Dragaš municipality in Kosovo and Shishtavec village in Albania. They are adherents to Islam and speak a South Slavic dialect (Našinski).
