Gingoog

The City of Gingoog (Cebuano: Dakbayan sa Gingoóg; Filipino (Tagalog): Lungsod ng Gingoog) is a 2nd class city in the Province of Misamis Oriental. Pronounced as Hingoog due to Spanish accent of G to H. According to the 2007 Philippine census, the city has an estimated population of about 112,247 people.
