Fred Hale
Fred Harold Hale, Sr. (December 1, 1890 – November 19, 2004) was an American supercentenarian and one of the 95 oldest verified people ever. He became the oldest recognized verified living man in the United States following the death of John Ingram McMorran in February 2003 and the oldest living recognized man in the world following the death of Spaniard Joan Riudavets in March 2004. Hale remains one of the ten verified oldest men ever.
