Professional team partnerships with Fox Sports Ohio include the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers, MLB's Cincinnati Reds, MLS' Columbus Crew, and the AHL's Lake Erie Monsters. In college sports, it also carries a select number of Xavier University, and University of Cincinnati basketball games.
Prior to the Cleveland Indians starting SportsTime Ohio in the 2006 season, Cleveland Indians games were on FSN Ohio. Despite this move, Reds games remain blacked out, for the most part, in Northeast Ohio (the Indians' claimed territory), as well as national broadcasts of certain Indians games aired on cable channels (deferring to STO).
