Supplement Quality and Concerns

Fish oil is now one of the most popular dietary supplements on the market, with sales reaching $976 million in 2009. These problems include contamination, inaccurate listing of EPA and DHA levels, spoilage and formulation issues.

George Eliot [Mary Ann (or Marian)

    —E.M. (Edward Morgan)
