a.Rwandans should not account on the international community as an automatic or a magic instrument either to attend to their expectations or to solve their problems.
b.Rwandans as a people are the only responsible for shaping their future not the international community.
c.The international community is a giant club of great powers controlling the UN and other world institutions, in order to maintain stabilizing or destabilizing factors in poor countries depending on their interests.
