Famous quotes containing the words fat, acceptance and/or movement:

Mr. Chadband is a large yellow man, with a fat smile, and a general appearance of having a good deal of train oil in his system.
    Charles Dickens (1812–1870)

Most women of [the WW II] generation have but one image of good motherhood—the one their mothers embodied. . . . Melinda M. Marshall (20th century)

    by a repulsive clew,
a gross and fugitive movement of the limbs.

    Muriel Rukeyser (1913–1980)
