Software For Calculation
Most FMEAs are created as a spreadsheet. Specialized FMEA software packages exist that offer some advantages over spreadsheets. Four major system reliability software tools, including FMEA, are as follows:
- Relex Reliability Studio 2007 V2
- Isograph Reliability Workbench
- XFMEA
- IFS RCM Toolkit
XFMEA has no facility to enter data about the reliability of a component, but other to software tools are strong means to generate spreadsheets and calculating RPN.
