Eurasian Nuthatch

The Eurasian Nuthatch (Sitta europaea) is a small passerine found throughout temperate Europe and Asia. It belongs to the nuthatch family Sittidae.

This bird is the most common and most widespread nuthatch, and is often referred to just as the Nuthatch.
