Neighbourly Cooperation
- The new Tijuana International Airport south of San Diego airport is a cooperative affair between California, USA, and Baja California Norte, Mexico. The runway, control tower, emergency services, etc. are shared; however, passengers and freight are handled at separate facilities north and south of the runways.
