Famous quotes containing the word family:
“Chant lessons and your family will prosper; drunken ditties will lead you to ruin.”
—Chinese proverb.
“Unfortunately, life may sometimes seem unfair to middle children, some of whom feel like an afterthought to a brilliant older sibling and unable to captivate the familys attention like the darling baby. —Marianne E. Neifert (20th century)
“I am the family face;

And leaping from place to place

—Thomas Hardy (18401928)
