Elmer Fung
Elmer Hu-hsiang Fung (Chinese: 馮滬祥; pinyin: Féng Hùxiáng; born 8 May 1948) was a member of the Legislative Yuan (New Party; constituency Taipei City) of the Republic of China on Taiwan between 1999 and 2002.
