Eliel Saarinen
Gottlieb Eliel Saarinen (August 20, 1873 in Rantasalmi, Finland – July 1, 1950 in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, United States) was a Finnish architect who became famous for his art nouveau buildings in the early years of the 20th century. He was the father of Eero Saarinen.
