- National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 2 and above: 70.7% (highest among 25-29 y/o - 76.9%)
- NQF Level 3 and above: 50.6% (highest among 25-29 y/o - 57.7%)
- NQF Level 4 and above: 30.9% (highest among 30-34 y/o - 39.1%)
