Famous quotes containing the words release of, release, decision and/or earth:

An inquiry about the attitude towards the release of so-called political prisoners. It is a fundamental tenet of our institutions that people have a right to believe what they want to believe and hold such opinions as they want to hold without having to answer to anyone for their private opinion.
    Calvin Coolidge (1872–1933)

    Plato (c. 427–347 B.C.)

The great will not condescend to take anything seriously; all must be as gay as the song of a canary, though it were the building of cities, or the eradication of old and foolish churches and nations, which have cumbered the earth long thousands of years.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
