Davey Havok - Clothing Lines

Clothing Lines

Glitterboy was a short-lived fashion line created by Havok. It was partly inspired by the 70s glam music scene, among other things. Clothing line Paden was released in 2007 and was available exclusively through Fred Segal clothing stores in California.

The currently active clothing line Zu Boutique was launched in August 2008. The line is vegan and features T-shirts with a limited pressing of 100 shirts per design. The line "pays homage to pop culture, forward thinking, and hedonism". A jewelry line was released in March 2009. The jewelry line is a collaboration between Zu Boutique and PNUT Jewelry run by Rusty Pistachio of punk band H2O fame. The jewelry is also limited, with only 10 to 90 pieces of each design made. In August 2009, Zu Boutique and Macbeth Footwear collaborated in creating a style of limited edition shoes.

Famous quotes containing the words clothing and/or lines:

In the very midst of the crowd about this wreck, there were men with carts busily collecting the seaweed which the storm had cast up, and conveying it beyond the reach of the tide, though they were often obliged to separate fragments of clothing from it, and they might at any moment have found a human body under it. Drown who might, they did not forget that this weed was a valuable manure. This shipwreck had not produced a visible vibration in the fabric of society.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

Called as partners in Christ’s service,
    Called to ministries of grace,
    We respond with deep commitment
Fresh new lines of faith to trace.
May we learn the art of sharing,
Side by side and friend with friend,
    Equal partners in our caring
    To fulfill God’s chosen end.
    Jane Parker Huber (b. 1926)
