Dard People

The Dard people (Devanagari: दारद, Perso-Arabic: دارد) are a group of Indo-European Indo-Iranian-speaking peoples predominantly found in Eastern Afghanistan, in the Indian State of Jammu and Kashmir and in the Gilgit-Baltistan region and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.

The community is also known as Brokpa, Drokpa and Shin.
