Cruel World is a 2005 American comedy-horror film produced and directed by Kelsey T. Howard. The film is about a psychotic man kills the host after losing a game show. He then uses the house where the show took place to film his own reality show, which involves several contestants performing challenges, and the losers being "sent home" (a euphemism for being killed).
Famous quotes containing the words cruel and/or world:
“There was that law of life so cruel and so just which demanded that one must grow or else pay more for remaining the same.”
—Norman Mailer (b. 1923)
“That the world is not the embodiment of an eternal rationality can be conclusively proved by the fact that the piece of the world that we knowI mean our human reasonis not so very rational. And if it is not eternally and completely wise and rational, then the rest of the world will not be either; here the conclusion a minori ad majus, a parte ad totum applies, and does so with decisive force.”
—Friedrich Nietzsche (18441900)
