Chryseis

In Greek mythology, Chryseis ( /kraɪˈsiːɪs/, Ancient Greek: Χρυσηΐς, Khrysēís, ) was a Trojan woman, the daughter of Chryses. Chryseis, her apparent name in the Iliad, means simply "Chryses' daughter"; later writers give her real name as Astynome (Ἀστυνόμη).
