Chipotle
A chipotle ( /tʃɨˈpoʊtleɪ/ chiPOtlay; ), or chilpotle, which comes from the Nahuatl word chilpoctli meaning "smoked chili pepper" is a smoke-dried jalapeño. It is a chili used primarily in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cuisines, such as Mexican-American and Tex-Mex.
