Chanoch Nissany (Hebrew: חנוך ניסני) (born July 29, 1963, in Tel Aviv) is an Israeli motor racing driver now based in Budapest, Hungary.
He is a successful businessman, and initially took up motor racing as a hobby. He is claimed by some as Israel's first Formula One driver but has not participated in any Grands Prix or qualifying sessions for Grands Prix.
