New Ownership
In October 2005, Centre Point was bought from previous owners, Blackmoor LP, by commercial property firm Targetfollow for £85 million.
The building was extensively refurbished.
Occupiers in the building now range from William Morris Agency, the US talent agency; Aramco, the state-owned national oil company of Saudi Arabia; Petrochina, the Chinese oil company, and EA Games, an electronic gaming company. Its longest serving tenant is CBI.
