With the completion of the new Nusajaya coastal highway from Tuas - Gelang Patah - Lego Land - Medini 1 - Horizon Hills - Bukit Indah - Danga Bay - Johor CIQ - Woodlands, the travel time from Bukit Indah either to the causeway or secondlink will be cut significantly.
On the 24th May 2010, the Prime Ministers of Malaysia and Singapore have signed a landmark agreement to lower the toll charges for the Tuas Secondlink significantly, thus benefiting the residents of Bukit Indah.
The value of land in Nusajaya, where Bukit Indah is located, is expected to increase, esp. with the future Wellness City to be jointly built by Temasik (SWF of Singapore) and Khazanah (SWF of Malaysia). This area would be the first new economic zone that both governments have a vested interest.
In line with both governments to ensure faster immigration clearance, the MACS - Malaysia Automated Clearance System has been implemented. This facility allows fast-track immigration clearance for non Malaysia investors, business persons and professionals.
