The Restaurant At BCoT

In July 2012, the college invested in renovating the Hospitality & Catering department, the total cost of £110.000 was spent on re-creating the colleges training restaurant, The Restaurant at BCoT, all of the furniture has been replaced, a new floor has been laid replacing the carpet previously laid, the licensed bar has new furniture as well. The training kitchens and the restaurant's production kitchen has been renovated and now has industry standard equipment installed all to enhance the students learning within the industry.
