Ayer Keroh is a town situated in the state of Malacca, Malaysia.
The town is a major tourist spot of the state, apart from the old Malacca Town, due to its recent hosting of various interesting attractions. The Mini Malaysia and Mini ASEAN Park is situated in the town. The Park has scaled down versions of traditional houses typically found in each of the states of Malaysia as well as those found in the ASEAN region. It is an interesting insight into the culture and lifestyle of traditional Malaysia and ASEAN. Another site of attraction is the Zoo Melaka. Recently it has started a Night Zoo programme where tourists can observe animals at night, especially viewing the nocturnal animals in action. The Night Zoo is opened on Fridays to Sundays. There is also the Butterfly Park, Crocodile Farm (Taman Buaya) and the World Bees Museum. To sum it all up, Ayer Keroh also has a recreational forest.
