Famous quotes containing the words american and/or association:
“Lets face it. Lets talk sense to the American people. Lets tell them the truth, that there are no gains without pains, that we are now on the eve of great decisions, not easy decisions.”
—Adlai Stevenson (19001965)
“In this great association we know no North, no South, no East, no West. This has been our pride for all these years. We have no political party. We never have inquired what anybodys religion is.
