Alcman
Alcman (also Alkman; Ancient Greek: Ἀλκμάν, gen.: Ἀλκμᾶνος; 7th century BC) was an Ancient Greek choral lyric poet from Sparta. He is the earliest representative of the Alexandrinian canon of the nine lyric poets.
