Aitor González

Aitor González Jiménez (born February 27, 1975 in Zumárraga, Gipuzkoa) is a former Spanish road bicycle racer who raced as a professional from 1998 to 2005. He turned professional in 1998 with Avianca-Telecom; his last was Euskaltel-Euskadi. He won the 2002 Vuelta a España with Kelme after attacking his teammate leading the race. He won the 2005 Tour de Suisse. He also won three stages of the 2002 Vuelta a España, two of the 2002 Giro d'Italia, one of the 2003 Giro d'Italia and one of the 2004 Tour de France.
