9937 Triceratops is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.64 years.
Discovered on February 17, 1986 by Eric Elst at the European Southern Observatory, it was given the provisional designation "1986 PN4". On November 21, 2002 it was renamed "Triceratops" after Triceratops, the genus of herbivorous dinosaurs.
