Deutsche Welle legally operates on 3995 kHz using Digital Radio Mondiale modulation from Sines, Portugal, with an effective radiated power of 90 kW. Their pattern beams mostly on Central Europe. The mode of operation (DRM-17) occupies approximately 9 kHz of bandwidth.
