7805 Moons (7610 P-L) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on October 17, 1960 by Cornelis Johannes van Houten, Ingrid van Houten-Groeneveld and Tom Gehrels at Palomar Observatory. It is named in memory of Michèle Moons (1951-1998), who worked on celestial mechanics while at the department of mathematics of Facultés Universitaires N. D. de la Paix, Namur, Belgium.
