The columns cover gematria, gods and goddesses, colours, animals, plants, spices, and astrology. The rows covers Ain, the ten sephiroth, twenty two paths between sephiroth, and alternate paths for 31, and 32.

The core of the material is a transcription from various initiation rituals and teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. The rest came from his extensive study of the different religious and magical systems of the world.

Liber 777 is included in the book The Qabalah of Aleister Crowley and its later edition 777 and other Qabalistic writings of Aleister Crowley.
