  • Constituted 9 July 1918 in the Regular Army as the 68th Infantry. Assigned to the 9th Infantry Division Organized July 1918 at Camp Sheridan, Alabama. from Personnel of the 46th Infantry. relieved from the 9th Division and demoblized 15 February 1919 at Camp Sheridan.)
