The 9th Solheim Cup Match was held between September 9 and September 11, 2005 at Crooked Stick Golf Club, Carmel, Indiana, USA. Team USA won the trophy for the sixth time by a score of 15½ to 12½ points. The winning point was gained by Meg Mallon in her win over Karen Stupples.
