Group B : Australia, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Portugal, Qatar.
Group C : Argentina, Croatia, France, Hungary, Russia, Saudi Arabia.
Group D : Algeria, Brazil, Denmark, Egypt, Slovenia, Sweden.
